Refund Policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
Purchases of Presap are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Every workspace starts with a free trial of 14 days that needs no payment details. You are never charged when the trial ends: paid features simply stop until you choose a plan.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Presap isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund of the first payment of a new subscription within 14 days of that payment, whether you chose a monthly or a yearly plan. No reason is required. When the refund is issued, the subscription is canceled.
3. Renewals and plan changes
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Renewal payments (after the first billing period) are not refundable, except where required by law, as stated below, or where Paddle grants a refund under its buyer refund policy. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- If we raise the price of your plan, we tell you at least 30 days before the renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first.
- When you upgrade or add locations during a billing period, the prorated difference charged at that moment is not refundable. When you downgrade or remove extra locations, the prorated difference is credited to your subscription.
- If we charged you in error, or you were charged after canceling, contact us and we will make sure the charge is refunded in full.
4. Canceling your subscription
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal in the app (Billing, Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep access until then and are not charged again.
5. How to request a refund
- Reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle, or find your order and contact Paddle at paddle.net; or
- email us at [email protected] from the address on your account, with your workspace name.
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take several business days for the refund to appear.
6. Billing errors and chargebacks
If you see a charge you do not recognize or believe is wrong, please contact us or Paddle first: we will look into it and refund any charge made in error. Filing a chargeback with your bank for a valid charge may lead to the suspension of your workspace until the dispute is resolved.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law, including U.S. state laws on automatic renewals and any right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Paddle's buyer terms may give you additional rights; where they do, they apply.
